Free Yoga Class

These wonderful 1.5 hour free Yoga classes will relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit! You will work all the body parts with different postures (Asans), learn correct breathing techniques (Pranayams), practice Yoga dance, experience guided Shavasan relaxation, and connecting to the body's energy.

Light, freshly cooked vegetarian meal is served afterward.
Please wear loose cotton clothing and come on empty stomach.
Straw Yoga mats are provided, but you may bring your own mat if you wish to place on top of the provided mats.
