Where: Lakulish Yoga and Health Retreat, 8136 NC Highway 119 South, Mebane, NC (336) 421-0690 www.lifemissionusa.org
When: October 17, 18, 19, and 20, 2019
Course content: The Level 2 course builds on the concepts and knowledge from Level 1 which is a pre-requisite to this course. We will dive more deeply into Karma (action), Gyan (knowledge), and Bhakti (devotion) aspects of yoga. Once again the information will be presented in both didactic (lecture) format as well as exercises that help put the information into action. The purpose of these courses is to help to guide one’s thoughts and actions in life to become more harmonious with a higher purpose or spiritual path. These aspects of the ancient Indian practice of yoga are non-denominational, universal pathways to help you achieve greater well-being, peace, and joy in your life. Rarely taught outside of India, these traditional guides to living will be presented in an extremely practical and interactive approach so that they can be immediately applied to your life in a meaningful way. The tenets of Karma, Gyan, and Bhakti yoga are applicable to every age group, lifestyle, and level of yoga knowledge.
Here is what some past students have said about the course:

“My heart and my head were totally satisfied by this inspiring and practical workshop. I saw how the deep teachings came together into a unified whole and how I was connected to all of it. The exercises inspired meaningful ways to bring greater clarity and peace into my daily life.
