Physical health is foundation of our happiness.  Pran (vital energy) works at physical level and at subtle level.  When this pran is released from the stiff and tense muscles, though practice and adequate asan, it affects the mind.  Pran is strengthened through practice asan and pranayam which in turn controls the mind.  Physical health depends on practice and yoga, diet and life-style.  You will learn the practice, conducive diet and life-style to strengthen your pran and attain physical health.  When pran is strong if removes the impurities in the body and keep it healthy.  Pran is your doctor.  Learn to strenghten it in the Retreat.
